These Terms of Sale govern your shopping experience and purchases from The Ten digital store. Please review them carefully.
These Terms of Sale apply to your orders, purchases, and returns at The Ten webstore. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
The Ten store is intended solely for the benefit of end consumers. Purchasing products for resale is strictly prohibited. If we determine that an order is intended for resale, we reserve the right to cancel the order, restrict sales, and suspend or close the associated account.
When you submit an order, we will send an email acknowledging receipt. However, our acceptance of your order takes place only when the products are shipped. We reserve the right to limit, decline, or cancel any order for reasons including unavailability of stock, errors in pricing or product descriptions, suspicion of fraud, or suspicion of purchase for resale.
All prices are quoted in US dollars. We will pre-authorize your credit or debit card when you place an order. If your local currency is not US dollars, your bank will apply the exchange rate and any applicable fees. Title to the product(s) will not transfer until full payment has been received.
Because we curate items globally, your products may be held in different fulfillment centers. Items from a single order may therefore be delivered in split shipments. You will not be charged additional delivery costs if we split your order. Upon delivery, title and risk of loss pass to you. See our Shipping Policy.
You may return eligible purchases in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability of The Ten for any claim arising from or related to your purchase is limited to the sum paid to The Ten for the product(s) purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to acts beyond our reasonable control (e.g. supply chain shortages, strikes, natural disasters, or customs delays). In such events, our delivery obligations will be suspended until the issue is resolved.
