We want you to be completely satisfied with your artifacts from The Ten. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including digital downloads (Prayer Guides, PDF Journals), intimate apparel or worn streetwear, and custom or personalized artwork.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
