The Ten is an independent Christian publisher and online store. It is written, edited and operated by David Williams, who is responsible for everything published here — see Our Mission for how the site is made, including our use of AI writing tools and how entries are checked against Scripture.
We are a small operation, not a call centre. One person reads what you send.
A mistake in something we published. This is the message we most want to receive. Tell us the page and what is wrong, and we will correct it or take it down. We publish corrections rather than quietly editing pages when the error was substantive.
An order. Include your order number and the email you used at checkout. For delivery times see our Shipping Policy; to return something see Returns & Exchanges.
Your personal data. Use the same address to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or to withdraw consent for cookies. We reply to these within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Copyright or permissions. Tell us the page and the material concerned and we will respond promptly.
